Fractal Droid Concept Lead Artist Jenna Marie - Jennapixels
Jenna Marie is a multimedia artist and graphic designer from Austin Tx. She graduated and got her BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Jenna has attended Burning Man for the last five years, and she was part of the Pulse Portal Burning Man Center camp archway in 2016, a sculpture that traveled to most large scale festivals in the US, as well as making headlines on The New York Times. For the last two years Jenna has been touring and helping work large scale events such as Coachella, Boom Festival, Art Basel Miami, Flipside, and Freezerburn. She has worked alongside artists such as Android Jones, Julius Horsthius, Kieth Anderson, Davis Mcarty and many more. Jenna has first hand experience with large scale art projects, stage design, lighting design, and projection mapping VJ shows. Some of these shows include Ott, Desert Dwellers, Odeza, and many more. After building up her network while working and touring events, she decided to create her own sculpture to invoke a legendary collaboration and give back to the playa for playing the largest role of her inspiration. Fractal Droid is a design that will bring all the greatest artists that she met on her adventures together.
